Carpet Cleaning Black Mountain, NC

I've been wanting to get my carpets professionally cleaned for years. I finally took the leap and booked with zerorez! I'm so glad I did. Jarvis called because he could come earlier in day which was nice so I didn't have to wait. He was professional and polite. He brought my carpets back to life, got some nasty dog stains out, and it smells so good in my house. 10/10 would recommend.

Communication was outstanding. They were on time. It was an overall very easy process. With a busy schedule, I need anything that makes my life easier! Would you them again and again and again.

The guy I think his name was Jarvis, was absolutely great in his professional attitude as well as he's work. He made sure I was happy before he left. Zerorez should be proud they have a man like Jarvis. My carpet looks great. 5stars
