How accurate are Zerorez's quotes and estimates?
Even with our measurement guidelines, every home is unique and our quotes cannot always capture your cleaning needs with 100% accuracy.
Our technicians are the best equipped to assess your home and adjust and finalize your quote once there. The quote will be adjusted for any additional services, treatments, or areas you wish added, or removed, at the time of service. All services and treatments and their associated costs are agreed upon by both parties before cleaning begins.
Is there a minimum service fee charge?
Yes. In order to cover our operating costs, fuel, insurance, and compensation to our hard-working technicians, each Zerorez location has a set minimum service charge. This means if the items you want Zerorezified™ in your home are quoted below this minimum, you will be charged the minimum service fee amount in order for us to service your home.
Why are service fees added to my cleaning?
Zerorez's standard service fee provides you with our 30-day Gotta-Love-It Guarantee™ on all cleanings, holds your 2-3 hour arrival window on our schedule, as well as locks in your estimate if you need to reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment.
When do I pay for service?
Zerorez doesn't collect any money from customers until after completion of cleaning services in the home. This ensures you are 100% satisfied with the work you hired us for. Your technician will request and collect payment at the time of service.
Do you tip Zerorez carpet cleaner technicians?
You are not required to tip your Zerorez technician. However, if you are pleased with the hard work, professionalism, and results your tech provided, he or she gladly welcomes any tips and positive reviews. In most locations, a tip prompt is shown to you during the final invoicing.
Does Zerorez charge a cancellation fee?
No, not usually, especially if you cancel more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time. We understand life is busy and unexpected things can change your schedule. If you need to reschedule, please call our customer service representatives who can help you select a better time. We appreciate you giving us as much notice as possible (preferably a few days) if you need to cancel so we can adjust our schedule.
If you do need to cancel within 24 hours of your appointment time, a flat fee or percentage of your booking estimate may be charged, but it can be applied as a credit toward services if you rebook within 7 business days.
What forms of payment does Zerorez accept?
Most major credit cards are accepted at all locations. Ask your local Zerorez franchise about other acceptable forms of payment.
Does Zerorez charge sales tax?
If your state collects state sales tax, then yes, it will be added to your quote and invoice.
