Zerorez Indianapolis is hiring! We are looking for driven, hard working and fun individuals to join our team as Cleaning Technicians. Responsibilities The Cleaning Technician is responsible for utilizing a consultative sales approach to assessing the customer's cleaning needs and selling the appropriate Zerorez solutions. In addition, the Cleaning Technician is responsible for performing the necessary services in a first-class and professional manner. Cleaning Technician responsibilities include, but are not limited to; Manage and maintain equipment and vehicle throughout cleaning process, during transportation and in-facility, according to Zerorez standards secure payment and receipt for services using Zerorez systems, Serve as interface and brand ambassador between the customer and Zerorez, Provide industry-leading customer service, Manage and maintain proper inventory of consumables and retail items in vehicle, Uphold all Zerorez policies and procedures, Sell additional Zerorez services using consultative and educational selling process.
Work Environment The work environment characteristics described here are representative of those an employee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job. Rarely will the employee be exposed to any extreme conditions such as cold, working in high or precarious positions or radiation. The noise level in the work environment may be loud. The generators on the trucks are very loud when turned on.
