I was crazy to buy a white rug with kids and dogs but here we are... And they did a phenomenal job and the technicians explained what they would do and gave me the cost up front. They were also very nice and quick and on the early side of the time frame they gave me which I appreciate! Thanks!

Can not believe how clean my carpet turn out. I had a wine spill that turn out excellent, Spots gone. Although I must say the carprt technician was the reason why I'm happy with the job. Really a great guy!! Thank you for a job well done.

The rug and carpet technician arrived on time with a courtesy call-ahead. He walked me through each room and explained the process while answering my questions about the treatment process. I purchased a seven room special with an area rug which was completed in two hours, well within the given window of time. Additionally, he helped me disassemble and reassemble furniture to clear space for the carpet treatment. Zero issues or dropped expectation's, Adam was a great help and restored my home’s carpets back to the original quality.

Today Augie at Zerorez did a terrific job cleaning my carpet in 3 rooms. He was professional, courteous, was careful working around my property, and he answered all of my questions. After a brief review of the areas to be cleaned, Augie worked straight through until the project was completed, which took about 1.5 hours. Augie was a pleasure to work with and is an asset to his organization. I highly recommend Zerorez and plan to use them again to clean my floor tiles.
