Two fantastic reps showed up at the earliest part of their window. Both were professional, friendly, and treated the home with care. Great customer service is hard to come by and I'm super impressed by these two. I'm bad with names but I can say Greg was especially kind with my dogs and the other gentleman was thorough, honest, and allowed me to finish a couple work meetings while they worked on the floor. The stairs look brand new and the four stuck-in stains all came up (it's been 5 months since one of them occurred) and removed one that Stanley Steamer didn't fully take care of. Great work overall and quick!

Great job by Augie! The carpets and rug looked great! After almost 4 months of dust and contractors in and out I thought our carpet and rug were beyond help. But, everything looks and feels great and clean! Augie was a nice young man and was very polite and professional. We appreciate the job well done!

We have used Zerorez a few different times for carpet cleaning and air duct cleaning. We love that they do not use a bunch of harsh chemicals. They were timely, professional and did a great job. They were able to get out some old spots that I wasn't sure would come out and were honest about tougher spots. Our carpet is probably past it's life so we're happy with the results until we can get new flooring.

Quick scheduling. On time as promised. Called and checked in before performing additional recommended services. My family room carpet looked beyond help and we thought we would have to replace it. Our technician was Larry. Would certainly request him again. Very professional, polite, respectful of our home, explained service thoroughly and did a fantastic job. Had several pet stains and was afraid that carpet was ruined, but he got every stain removed and any odor removed, carpet looks brand new again.
