Preparing for Your Cleaning Appointment
- Please thoroughly vacuum your floors prior to the appointment.
- Please remove all fragile items (lamps, picture frames, etc.) from tabletops, and clear the floor of toys, books, and other small items.
- We ask that you have all the small items you want out of the room before we arrive. Due to liability concerns, we do not move large or heavy furniture like pianos, entertainment centers, bookcases, large beds or other similarly heavy items. We do not move breakable items or electronics like televisions, game systems, computers, lamps, etc. Your technician will do a great job cleaning around any items left in the room.
- Please ensure there is an entrance to the home that is unobstructed.
- Please keep pets in a secure location that will not be cleaned.
- Pet odor treatment is available upon request for an additional charge.
- Large rooms may be subject to an oversize fee.
- Allow 4-8 hours for carpets to dry. May be longer depending on humidity level and additional treatments.
- Take caution when transitioning from carpet to any hard surfaces, as it may be slippery.
- We accept cash and most major credit cards.
- For Air Duct Appointments, Please clear the space around your HVAC system air handler and vents by moving furniture and items away to ensure easy access to all ducts and returns.
Our Promise To You

- The technician will explain the Zerorez process before starting and will recommend treatments or products for your home, based on expert opinion.
- You can expect a walk-through with the technician after the cleaning, and any areas of concerns will be addressed.
