Our process includes three proprietary components:

Zr™ Lifter
Zr™ Water
Zr™ Water is our patented cleaning fluid, which is safe to use on both hard and soft surfaces, and which makes our cleaning processes better than everyone else.
Our Zr™ Water is an electrolyzed, ionized, alkalinized cleaning fluid which acts like a soap, but without harsh chemicals, leaving your carpets free from sticky, dirt-attracting soap.Our proprietary Zr™ Water is non-toxic and completely safe for people, pets, and the planet.
To make our Zr™ Water, we take softened water (water where all minerals are removed) and combine it with an electrolyte, and then pass it through a proprietary membrane which separates the water molecules into a high pH cleaning fluid. Each Zerorez truck is filled up with up to 450 gallons of this cleaning water each day.
Zr™ Wand
Combined with our truck mount, we're able to recover virtually all the water from your carpets. The result is a better clean with significantly improved dry times over our competitors.
Our People
To accomplish this, all of our technicians undergo a background check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening. Our techs and are all bonded, licensed, and insured. They receive on-going training from IICRC certified trainers on the latest, best cleaning practices, as well as how to be professional and courteous in the home.
Our technicians, or Clean Experts, happily listen to your concerns and address any problem areas you have, explaining why some stains are harder to get out, while providing you with various treatment options. They explain our cleaning processes and provide tips for maintaining the clean and don't perform any services without your consent.
