So you've spilled something on your carpet and now you're wondering what to do next. Take a deep breath — most spills can be minimized if you act quickly.
Start with the spot-cleaning tips below. If the spot still doesn't come out, give us a call and we'll help you file a Whoops Warranty claim.
First Things First: Immediate Spot Cleaning Steps

If the stain remains after attempting the steps above, call our Tucson team and we'll help (520) 441-2441. The Whoops Warranty covers common food and beverage stains: If you cannot get it out, we will come out and attempt to remove the spot at no charge for the attempt, up to 12 months after your carpet cleaning.
We do not offer free re-cleanings for the following spill/stains: urine, feces, blood, vomit, paint, dye, inks, pigments, and household chemicals. We'll be happy to talk you through the process for free and be as helpful as we can by phone. But, cleaning these items often requires more than a standard clean and can incur additional costs not covered by the Whoops Warranty.
