Josh was very courteous and professional and a model example of excellent customer service. He did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets and kitchen tile floor. He took his time to do the job right and didn’t cut any corners, unlike some rush jobs by well known competitors. Our floors were very clean, and we are VERY pleased with Josh’s work. I called yesterday and was able to get the next day appointment I requested. As first time customers, we are truly impressed. ZeroRez did a great job cleaning my tile floors, 3 shower walls and floor, and a large sectional sofa. Everything looks fresh, and my house feels very clean. Their equipment is top notch and the hoses reached all through my house even when they parked several yards from my front door. The technician, Kyle, was friendly, efficient, and just an all-around nice guy. I’d definitely use ZeroRez again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Great customer service from my initial reach out. Easy scheduling and availability. Technician Ben arrived promptly and was thorough and explained everything in detail from pricing to the steam cleaning process. I was amazed at the end result!

Our technician was awesome! Extremely knowledgeable and took his time to explain the process. I had our carpets cleaned about a year ago by another company, and this was a night and day difference! The photo is a high traffic area that had lots of dirt stains but looks good as new now! I will definitely be using Zerorez again in the future.

Josh arrived on time. He was extremely pleasant. We told him what we wanted and he processed the quote for us right then. It seemed to be a fair cost. He worked for a good 2.5 hours on our home giving great attention to tough areas. We are very pleased with the carpets. The grout still is fairly dirty but it was bad to begin with. I will do it manually on my hands and knees to the rest up. The carpet is drying quickly as well since we have our ceiling fans on. I am extremely pleased with this companies service and with Josh. It was an all around great experience

My carpets and couch have never looked so good! I am currently renting a home and the previous tenant had dogs. Stephan from Zerorez did the BEST job cleaning my carpets and getting out the stains and smells! My house smells and looks so fresh and clean!! The whole process was very quick. Less than an hour from start to finish. Afterwards, the carpet looked really good (for a 20+ year old one). And I have to say there was a pleasant neutral smell too. A real plus. I'll be using them in the future.
