Yes, we are new to Wichita, but we are not a "new" company. Zerorez Wichita is part of the Zerorez Midwest group, which includes Des Moines Iowa (est. 2010) and Omaha, Nebraska (est. 2013). Together, Zerorez Iowa and Nebraska have over 6,800 reviews on Google, with a 4.9 Star Rating. We take customer service very seriously, and it shows.

The manager of Wichita, Trajan Trent, moved down from Omaha after being one of our top employees there during the last three years. We are excited to be a part of your community and are confident that you will love Trajan and Zerorez as much as we do.

We asked Trajan to introduce himself, here is what he has to say:

Hi, I'm Trajan Trent, the general manager of Zerorez Wichita. I have been a part of the Zerorez team since 2019 when I started with Zerorez of Omaha.

I'm from a small town just 20 minutes outside Omaha, where I graduated high school. I've been in the Nebraska Army National Guard since 2018. I recently partnered with Zerorez Midwest, and we decided Wichita would be the best place to go because it feels a lot like where I grew up. I'm very excited to show the Wichita area the services we provide. Zerorez has been a leader in the carpet cleaning industry for over 20 years. When it comes to cleaning, the thing that makes us different is we do not use soaps, detergents, or shampoos to clean, instead we use our proprietary Zr™ Water. Our water is free of harsh chemicals. ZR water effectively removes dirt, oils, and soils and keeps your carpets clean longer. But what really makes us different is our customer service. We take great pride in the work we do, and we want to make sure to leave every customer with a smile on their face!

My parents, Doug and Lisa, have been part of the Zerorez family since 2013, so growing up I was often trying to get involved in the business. In high school the company paid me to change oil on the vans. During my time as a technician in Omaha I was voted (by my co-workers, not my parents!) Technician of The Month, multiple times, and won our 2020 Rookie of The Year award AND Technician of The Year. Which, I consider to be a huge accomplishment! I have one of the highest customer satisfaction ratings in the Zerorez system. I've cleaned over 2,000 homes. I learned a lot as a technician. My favorite thing about working for Zerorez is meeting new people and learning about them. I'm an animal lover, so even though my dog is back in Omaha, I still get to see a lot of friendly pets every day.
