I have had Zero Rez in other states and now in our new home. I can say that they are consistent in amazing service and product. Every person who has come to our home has gone out of their way to be cheerful, helpful and we've had great service. They must be pretty selective about who they hire! The carpets are consistently cleaner than any other company. I won't use anyone else!

We had them clean our carpets for the first time in years and it turned out amazing. Preston let us know he was running ahead of schedule and was able to get our carpets done before we had even hit our scheduled service window. Incredibly gracious and patient with questions, went out of his way to make sure we were happy with the service. Highly recommend!

Amazing experience. We had some pretty severe damage done to our brand new carpet when we used a new dog sitter during a trip. We weren’t able to get the stains out after clean up with our home cleaner. Zerorez literally changed their schedule to get out to us same day. Customer service doesn’t get much better than that! Our tech, Preston, was very friendly, professional, and efficient. I hope to never have to call a professional carpet cleaner again, but if I do it will be Zerorez. Our carpet looks new again. My parents had Zerorez do their floors so decided to do my floors. I wanted a quote and compare different prices. They got back to me and gave me estimates. When they finished with the final price I was a little shocked. It was a really good price and they took care of us! They did an amazing job! They did my air duct, dryer vent and carpets!
