I like carpet in my home, especially in the bedrooms and playroom (controversial, I know). But ,with two young kids and a large-breed puppy, my carpets take a daily beating and occasionally look like they’re trying to start a new life as modern art. We’ve used Zerorez multiple times across two different houses, and every single time we’ve been 100% happy with the service. The last two techs we had, Dom and Hayaat, were fantastic. Hayaat was super knowledgeable and made sure we understood the whole process, start to finish. Dom even came back out a second time to tackle a stubborn problem spot, which was above and beyond. After Zerorez comes through, our carpets look fresh and clean, but without that “chemical factory” smell. As a household with two little kids and a puppy who believes the floor is a napkin, I really appreciate that. On top of the cleaning itself, the schedulers and techs are always friendly and upbeat, and they make the whole process easy. Zerorez has basically become the reason I still have carpets… and my sanity. Highly recommend!

Fantastic job with carpet cleaning - quick, efficient and quality work, all stains came out, my 23-yo carpet looks brand new! Ben was polite and professional, advised on problem areas and care afterwards. I would definitely use them again!

Technician was wonderful!! Called an hour before arrival, recommended an odor tropical treatment for my FR carpet, it smells wonderful and carpet is so clean! The upholstery cleaning is amazing; the chairs are so clean! I highly recommend and would use again.

Our sofa looks great! They took extra care when I told them our sofa also had some down in the seat cushion. Would definitely recommend them for anyone wanting to get their sofa or upholstery cleaned.
