Oh man, we needed this. The world is a mess and so were my carpets! Our family room (shown in the photos) is the first place our kids walk when they get home, and where our dogs come through when they come in from our backyard. I should have done this sooner! You can see the change. Not perfect, but much improved. I loved being able to schedule online. The confirmation call let me what I needed to do to prepare the night before. Mitch called me a few minutes before noon to let me know he was on the way. When he got here a few minutes later, he came in and greeted all my animals. He took the time to understand what we wanted and let us know what to expect. Hallway, a big set of stairs, landing and three rooms all done in about an hour, with plenty of time to talk with us and say "bye" to my pups before he left. Overall good value. We need more guys like Mitch in the world. Next time I won't wait so long to call Zerorez.

We had a great experience with our recent carpet cleaning. The technician, Mitch, called ahead of time, which we really appreciated, and even arrived earlier than our scheduled appointment. When he got here, he took the time to walk through all the areas that needed attention and clearly explained what would be done. The cleaning itself was done thoroughly, and the results were fantastic! Our carpets look refreshed and smell amazing! We were genuinely impressed with the quality of the work and the professionalism throughout the entire process. We would absolutely recommend this service to others!

Our service provider Eric was very helpful and capable. He cleaned everything very thoroughly and carefully and showed us the before and after results. He very kindly declined to clean our couch because he suggested the high temperature of the water might damage the fabric. That meant money lost that day, but he felt it was the best thing to do. Integrity is more and more rare these days, so we appreciate his kindness. We will definitely have Eric back again.
