Fantastic experience and affordable. We got our minky style couch cleaned, and it now looks brand new and smells amazing. No residue and no gross chemical smell. Couldn't be happier with the result. Our tech Jacob was fantastic. He did a great job. And he was super knowledgeable, respectful and thorough. Seriously. Ask for Jacob. He is the best! My 5 year old carpet looks almost new with a great refresh. The technician called ahead and showed up right on time. He was so professional and friendly, and made quick and thorough work of my small house. He protected all the wall corners as he laid out his equipment, which was nice to see. Since I was home when he finished, he walked me through the rooms and it smelled so great. Definitely no former owner’s dog smell left behind. I’m so happy with this fresh start in my new to me home. I highly recommend Zerorez.

Oh man, we needed this. The world is a mess and so were my carpets! Our family room (shown in the photos) is the first place our kids walk when they get home, and where our dogs come through when they come in from our backyard. I should have done this sooner! You can see the change. Not perfect, but much improved. I loved being able to schedule online. The confirmation call let me what I needed to do to prepare the night before. Mitch called me a few minutes before noon to let me know he was on the way. When he got here a few minutes later, he came in and greeted all my animals. He took the time to understand what we wanted and let us know what to expect. Hallway, a big set of stairs, landing and three rooms all done in about an hour, with plenty of time to talk with us and say "bye" to my pups before he left. Overall good value. We need more guys like Mitch in the world. Next time I won't wait so long to call Zerorez.
