He was quick and everything looked fabulous! There is some areas that just sat too many years and needed a true miracle to get out, but I didn't expect any of them to come up! Several came up immediately and might be due to my working on them day prior! Definitely vacuum and go over it again morning of it helps the process go smoother! Move everything you can out of the rooms. Being FL homes have zero storage we moved most to loft and kitchen areas. If you put the Prep work in, the process will go so smooth and quickly! Tip your cleaners!! It isnt expected but if they are prompt and professional they deserve it! They work hard to clean those carpets! Book them today!! So worth the money and ask if any specials! We’ve used this company twice to clean our carpet and upholstery. They’ve done a great job both times and we will definitely be using them again. Chris provided great customer experience, got everything cleaned really well, and made it a very smooth and easy process.

Amazing and prompt service by Zerorez! They were able to come within 24 hours of scheduling and Joseph was extremely professional when he showed up. He understood our concerns and was able to clean out our air ducts, leaving our residence cleaner which is super important because we have children with severe allergies.
