I have lived in Denver for over 25 years and owned multiple single family homes. Pets, kiddos, spilled wine - my carpets are in an “abusive” relationship with myself and family. My technician was great! We talked through adding my tile floors and decided to do it. They didn’t look dirty but it was because I was used to them after two years of just weekly Swiffer cleaning. They look amazing! The other thing I really appreciate is that after cleaning, the house doesn’t smell like wet dog as it does with other companies. Definitely recommend 10/10. Picture of a spot that was really dirty and is now beautiful again, along with the cause of the aforementioned dirty floors. 🐾

Lee did a great job. Professional and fast work with fair prices. Explained what to expect and how to care for the carpet. Completed 2 rooms upstairs and entire basement in a couple hours. It was very through service. We've used Zerorez before and will use in the future!
