Testimonials

Eric and Spencer took great care working in our home! We have a puppy and potty stains to deal with! After removing most of the furniture and vacuuming to get ready! Sooo many more than we realized! The team was able to deliver on everything they said they could do. The carpets look excellent, even better than expected! I wish we would’ve taken before pictures. Thank again Eric and Spencer and Zero Rez!!! You are the BEST

Our tech, Derek, was awesome! He was super knowledgeable and accommodating. Our carpet is really old and was quite dark in high traffic areas (nearly black in the hallway, landings, and on the stairs). Plus, we have a dog that’s prone to accidents. I wish I had taken some before pics to do his work justice, I’ve never seen the carpets so clean! Side note: my mom had Zoom meetings all morning and he was very conscious about working as quietly as possible. Thank you so much to Derek and to Zerorez for giving our carpet a second life!

I have lived in Denver for over 25 years and owned multiple single family homes. Pets, kiddos, spilled wine - my carpets are in an “abusive” relationship with myself and family. I have used all of the obvious carpet cleaners but never have I been more satisfied than with the recent excellent customer service and top notch professional work I received from. Zerorez Carpet Cleaners. The tech was on-time, friendly and fully committed to ensuring my satisfaction. It was very unexpected but very much appreciated. Alex should be both commended and recognized for his outstanding work. I will most definitely use Zerorez again. Give them the opportunity and you will see what I mean.

I can’t compliment Zerorez enough! Cecil our technician was fantastic – kind, clear, and communicative throughout. And Cynthia was prompt and easy to work with while scheduling our cleaning. Great prices, too. Will definitely use again and highly recommend!

Steven arrived on time. Did a walk through and shared thoughts on trouble areas I pointed out. Offered information on services they offered to accompany work I requested but no pressure. Executed work in time he shared it should take upfront. Very professional.
