Oh my I cannot recommend this company enough. I needed a carpet cleaned before I moved the furniture in so I gave them a call. They sent an amazing cleaner by 1:00 that same day. The carpet looks amazing. Thank you Tom for making that old carpet look like new.

Tom, our experienced technician arrived very timely. He is very cordial and pleasant. He reviewed what we needed cleaned (sofa, love seat, coordinated decorative pillows). He explained the complete process and how he'd go about it. He did a very thorough job and then explained to us about the drying time. All very important and precise details. Tom did a very thorough job and the furniture--though not quite dry yet--looks almost showroom new once again! And no harsh chemicals or lingering smell. Kaitlyn, who scheduled us when I first called, is very pleasant, attentive and accommodating. We are relatively new to Ormond Beach and chose Zerorez based solely on excellent reviews. This review further confirms what many others have said: great service, courteous staff. Zerorez is now our new resource for all upholstered furniture...and whatever else they may clean!

Jalen and Austin were absolutely fantastic. They both did an amazing job. He made our grout turn from black to completely brand new and you couldn’t even tell!!!! 10/10 would recommend this company.

Tom Temple was on time, knowledgeable and did a great job protecting my hardwood floors before getting started. I am very happy with the work performed. Competency is such a rare commodity these days. I made last minute changes to the work to be performed (twice!) and each time I was met with understanding and professionalism. Give this company a try. I’m glad I did.
