Used them for a chemical free steam clean of the carpeted areas in my house. Jarrett Franklin did a great job. To my knowledge the carpet in this house had not been steam cleaned in its 25 year existence so there were some areas that were recommended for a high traffic clean. It was more money but I felt like the explanation for why it was recommended was clear and I did not feel pressure to decide one way or the other. I went with the high traffic clean and those areas indeed look much better and whiter than before, so I am happy I took his recommendation. I would recommend Jarrett and this company as a whole.

There was a small misunderstanding about the pricing, but he graciously offered me a full discount since he was already on-site. It was clear that he genuinely cares about the quality of service he provides, not just running a business. Truly wonderful service!

Jarrett did an excellent job cleaning our carpets when we were moving out of our house. He showed up on time, was polite, and did a great job! I also had called around before choosing Zerorez and price checked 3 other places and found them to be the cheapest. I would highly recommend Zerorez!

Absolutely incredible! I called and requested quotes from a few other companies and no one got back to me. I was able to schedule same day to then I had the nicest and most polite technician. I cannot recommend this company enough. We just moved into this home and were able to get our carpets cleaned and sanitized. Perfect peace of mind! The pricing was unbelievable as well.

Luis was very helpful and made the experience so delightful. For months i would try to scrub my stairs on my own, with no success. With 30 min luis was able to make my stairs look brand new. So thankful and would recommend the service to anyone

Great company to work with! Very responsive, easy to contact and schedule. They are transparent with their pricing with no unpleasant surprises. Jarrett, the technician who came to my house, was professional and on time. He worked quickly and efficiently. He was also kind to my cats. The only surprise was how “quiet” the cleaning was. All the machinery is inside their work vans so only the hose and handle come into your house. The level of noise was pretty on par with a normal vacuum cleaner. Overall, it was an A+ experience and I will use them again.
