Les was amazing and if I could leave 7 stars I would. He was very professional, understanding, and truly cared. He took pride in his profession and is good at it. He listened to my concerns about the cleaning and explained to me exactly what he could and couldnt do. He even helped me move the furniture around which is not something that I had planned. I wish I would have taken before and after photos. If anyone is considering having some cleaning done you should give them a try. Great communication with me about arrival times and customer service was easy and very friendly. Life long customer now!!

Scheduled in a timely manner. Jared Cole, technician was professional, friendly and efficient in cleaning the carpet. Carpet is white with many stains and dirt spots. His work was completed in under 2 hours. I look forward to using Zerorez again!
