I highly recommend using Zerorez. The process to book the appointment was so easy. They do require a $29.00 deposit which is taken off your final bill. I added an extra room and they discounted it. Paul was amazing. He did not try to upsale me on anything. He worked hard to make sure two high traffic areas looked good. I will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today, which was a huge plus. Jeremy came out and did an amazing job on my carpets. There were a few areas in my house that were pretty rough, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but he exceeded my expectations. From start to finish the process of getting my carpet cleaned was quick and easy. Scheduling online was a breeze and communication was abundant. When the technician Timothy arrived he explained the whole process and advised the best treatment for my carpets. He was fast, kind, and thorough. My carpets looked brand new by the time he was done. All in all this has been the best carpet cleaning I've experienced and I've tried many different companies and did not receive the fantastic final product that I did with Zerorez! I will definitely be using them for my future cleaning needs.
