Testimonials

I had a great experience with this company! They arrived on time, were very professional, and did an amazing job cleaning my carpets. The technician was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything he was doing throughout the process. I really appreciated how informative and thorough he was. My carpets look and smell great, and the entire experience was smooth from start to finish. It's hard to find companies that provide this level of customer service these days. I highly recommend them and will definitely use them again in the future! — Tonya N.

I had a great experience with this company. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today, which was a huge plus. Jeremy came out and did an amazing job on my carpets. There were a few areas in my house that were pretty rough, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but he exceeded my expectations. He was professional, friendly, and took his time to make sure everything looked great. The carpets came out much cleaner than I expected, and I was very impressed with the results. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone needing their carpets cleaned. Thank you, Jeremy, for the excellent work!

I highly recommend using Zerorez. The process to book the appointment was so easy. They do require a $29.00 deposit which is taken off your final bill. I added an extra room and they discounted it. Paul was amazing. He did not try to upsale me on anything. He worked hard to make sure two high traffic areas looked good. I will definitely use them again.

Jeremy did an excellent job of taking his time and making sure everything was cleaned and rinsed. The grout earned out great! Probably the best Cleaning I’ve ever had.

I’ve used Zerorez several times over the years and the service is always exceptional! Paul was very nice, professional and respectful of our belongings. Keep up the great work! I highly recommend Zerorez for your carpet cleaning needs.

Repeat customer here! Kids and a dog do a number on our off white sectional, and Zerorez does a fantastic job of making it look clean and bright again. I schedule the Zerorez team a couple of times throughout the year to keep my living room looking great. Thank you, Zerorez - I’ll see you again in a few months!

This was a very easy process to set up. Angelina in the office was fantastic and very informative. The representative who came to my house to do the cleaning was extremely professional. He explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them again.

This company was very professional and kept us updated every step of the way. They confirmed our reservation and sent us a text message an hour before they arrived. The technician was very thorough and knowledgeable. He went over all the rooms serviced and made sure that we were completely satisfied with the service. Payment site was convenient and easy to use and an invoice was generated for me immediately. This is the best cleaning carpet I have used and will definitely be recommending it to family and friends. I will be using them again in the near future.

I live in a high rise and this is the first time I have used this company. The technician was polite and knowledgeable. He used a portable machine that must be used in my building. He did an excellent job and was careful not to leave any trace of having been there. The areas he called look fabulous! I will use this company again and will tell my neighbors in this building.

Fantastic !! This is the fifth time I have used this company and they are amazing!!! I've already set up an appointment in 3 months.
