I highly recommend using Zerorez. The process to book the appointment was so easy. They do require a $29.00 deposit which is taken off your final bill. I added an extra room and they discounted it. Paul was amazing. He did not try to upsale me on anything. He worked hard to make sure two high traffic areas looked good. I will definitely use them again.

I had a great experience with this company. I called yesterday and was able to get an appointment for today, which was a huge plus. Jeremy came out and did an amazing job on my carpets. There were a few areas in my house that were pretty rough, and honestly, I wasn’t sure how much could be done, but he exceeded my expectations. This was a very easy process to set up. Angelina in the office was fantastic and very informative. The representative who came to my house to do the cleaning was extremely professional. He explained everything to me and did a fantastic job. I will definitely be using them again.
