Noah cleaned our carpets at our current home and rental property. He was kind, thorough, honest, and trustworthy. He did such a great job at our current house we requested him for our rental property. It was reassuring to have someone who was honest and didn’t over charge us where it wasn’t necessary. Pricing was appropriate. Our experience with Zerorez was great and I would recommend it to others.

Our young man that did our carpets today was great. Very meticulous with cleaning and explaining everything to me. He took his time and did a very thorough job. Definitely would have him back again.

I have used Zerorez several times to clean my carpet. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule your appointment online and the communication I receive prior to the job. My technician, Scott, did a wonderful job. He called prior to my appointment to make sure I knew what time he would be arriving and greeted me with a smile and a friendly demeanor. We did a walk-through of the rooms and hallway that I wanted him to clean and discussed any trouble areas I needed him to focus on. I had multiple stains throughout my carpet due to a foster dog that I had for a couple months. When the service was done, I could already tell a difference in the air quality and my carpet looked great! All of the stains were gone and my rooms smelled fresh with no heavy perfume odor. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely have them come back again! Thank you, Zerorez and Scott!

Marquis our tech did an OUTSTANDING job. He worked very quick and the carpets I thought were ruined look BRAND NEW again. Highly recommend, they will take care of you if you take care of them. Definitely schedule some services! I will be using them regularly in the future and asking for Marquis when I set up any future services

The gentleman who came out did an amazing job cleaning my carpet today! Very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything very thoroughly. I'm very pleased with how my floors look and would recommend Zerorez to friends and family!. I will definitely use them again.

Scheduling and getting a cost of services was very professional and straightforward. Thomas arrived on time and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. He was very conscientious and careful with everything. Got the job done, cleaned up and was on his way. We definitely will use them again when needed.

We will never use anyone else to clean our carpets! We are a multiple dog home and Zerorez always gets our carpets looking and smelling new! Michael was at our home Monday and was courteous and respectful, and wasted no time getting our carpets clean! So thankful to Michael and Zerorez!
