I have used Zerorez several times to clean my carpet. I appreciate how easy it is to schedule your appointment online and the communication I receive prior to the job. My technician, Scott, did a wonderful job. He called prior to my appointment to make sure I knew what time he would be arriving and greeted me with a smile and a friendly demeanor. We did a walk-through of the rooms and hallway that I wanted him to clean and discussed any trouble areas I needed him to focus on. I had multiple stains throughout my carpet due to a foster dog that I had for a couple months. When the service was done, I could already tell a difference in the air quality and my carpet looked great! All of the stains were gone and my rooms smelled fresh with no heavy perfume odor. I was very pleased with the service and will definitely have them come back again! Thank you, Zerorez and Scott!

Marquis our tech did an OUTSTANDING job. He worked very quick and the carpets I thought were ruined look BRAND NEW again. Highly recommend, they will take care of you if you take care of them. Definitely schedule some services! I will be using them regularly in the future and asking for Marquis when I set up any future services

I am very familiar with this industry and how things work. with that being said, I have not seen another company that does a better job. Tevin was very professional and goes above and beyond for customer satisfaction. Top of the line equipment and service. I would never have another company clean my house again. Vents, upholstery, mattresses, tile and grout, wood floors, and even your dog bed. One stop shop.

The gentleman who came out did an amazing job cleaning my carpet today! Very professional, easy to talk to and explained everything very thoroughly. I'm very pleased with how my floors look and would recommend Zerorez to friends and family!. I will definitely use them again.

Scheduling and getting a cost of services was very professional and straightforward. Thomas arrived on time and went right to work. He was friendly and professional. He was very conscientious and careful with everything. Got the job done, cleaned up and was on his way. We definitely will use them again when needed.

I absolutely love the cleaning. The service man Brandon I believe was his name was very professional and thorough. He was very careful around my mom’s medical equipment and explained the whole process. I highly recommend this company hands down over Stanley Steamer.
