Caleb, the technician, did a great job cleaning up the few stains and traffic areas on our carpet. He was very eager to please and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. Reviews are very subjective and really dependent on the employee that performed the service. That said, COLTON is exceptional! He's very courteous and friendly, yet professional. He took great lengths in being careful with equipment, ensuring nothing gets damaged along the way. Grout ended up clean and I highly recommend him.

He did a fabulous job. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to get one of the bedrooms clean, I was worried that I would have to replace the carpet but he got it clean..just look at the beforeand afterpictures.I am very grateful

My experience from start to finish was amazing. I needed my carpet cleaned immediately and I called and they were at my house the same day. The communication with the dispatcher from the technician that came to clean the carpet was effortless. Alex was the carpet technician and made me feel comfortable with him being in my home to get the job done right without my presence. The service was quick and efficient. He was able to get the stains out without a problem. He even followed with a phone call with pictures. I will definitely be using them again in the future.
