I was prepared to get new carpets until Zerorez came to our house. Their system using ionized water did a SHOCKINGLY GREAT job (see photo). Once I saw what they could do with the carpets, they moved on to the tile in the foyer and kitchen. The tile was clean, but the grout was beautiful. We were offered a seal finish on the tile, and we expect it will wear and last well. After all that, Dalton suggested cleaning the 40 year old fabric furniture and it came out like new. I highly recommend Zerorez for the quality of their products and Dalton’s professionalism.

My carpet cleaning experience was great. The technician, Isaiah was very thorough and professional. I would highly recommend. He takes pride in his work and cares about making sure the customer is satisfied. Great job!!

They are exceptional. We have used them over the past several years and they never disappoint. We had some pet accidents and they cleaned carpets but also deodorized and added a protectant. A bit costly but well worth it. On time, friendly, professional and thorough. I highly recommend them!

He did a fabulous job. I wasn't sure if he'd be able to get one of the bedrooms clean, I was worried that I would have to replace the carpet but he got it clean..just look at the beforeand afterpictures.I am very grateful

Was mindful of the property and engaged in conversation, this was NOT just about getting paid. One 7ft couch was manicured back to life in a timely fashion, no residue, markings nor residual liquids were left behind, advanced odor service was offered and accepted! They listened to me when I explained my past experience with Stanley steamer who did a lousy job in cleaning my air vents over a year ago I will recommend zero Rez to all my friends and anyone that will listen to me. This was the most efficient appointment I’ve ever made. Booked online and they sent me several reminders. Instructions were clear. They called 30 min ahead of time letting me know an ETA. I think his name was Eric ? Very energetic, polite and quick! He took care of all my concerns and everything came out great!

As always, I had a great experience with Zero Rez! My technician was fantastic and made sure that I was fully satisfied with the carpets before he left. They look so much better and I love not having a strong chemical smell in my home.

Was very pleased with Morgan he reached out ahead of time as planned , showed up on time, very. Considerate and helpful. We liked how he didn’t go overboard with trying to sell upgrades as our carpet is only 4 years old and no pets, lids and our shoes are off when we come in sores. We liked how he explained the products he used and gave good advise as to what other services your company provides.
