Caleb, the technician, did a great job cleaning up the few stains and traffic areas on our carpet. He was very eager to please and wanted to make sure we were happy with the results. We will definitely request him next time. He is a true asset to the business. We love Zerorez because the carpet always comes out soft and clean.

Reviews are very subjective and really dependent on the employee that performed the service. That said, COLTON is exceptional! He's very courteous and friendly, yet professional. He took great lengths in being careful with equipment, ensuring nothing gets damaged along the way. Grout ended up clean and I highly recommend him.
