Overall incredibly impressed with Joel. He took his time to hear us and clean the carpets of the apartment we just moved into. The rate was incredibly affordable, and Joel was so kind. The carpets look unrecognizable, no longer clumped and dirty, the wear on them looks very improved as well. Before pics as well as after.

Scheduled a quick clean for my mom’s house. Dillan set a time and was waiting in drive when I got there. About an hour early from original. I liked that because it kept me from waiting around for the original 12-3 appointment time. He took a look around and quickly got started and was finished in about 30 min. Night and day difference. Appreciate the promptness and good job done.
