Overall incredibly impressed with Joel. He took his time to hear us and clean the carpets of the apartment we just moved into. The rate was incredibly affordable, and Joel was so kind. The carpets look unrecognizable, no longer clumped and dirty, the wear on them looks very improved as well. Before pics as well as after.

I use this company once a year. I absolutely love them. They are so thorough & always take the time to explain the process. They always try to find the best option/price for me. They never upcharge me. Another reason why I like them is safety. As a single woman, it’s always a bit unnerving to have strangers come into your home; Zerorez workers really go out of their way to make me feel comfortable. Shout out to William today who was absolutely wonderful & did an excellent job job. My whole cul de sac is a Zerorez cul de sac & I love their automatic booking program for next year.

This was my first time getting my carpets cleaned, and I was really pleased! The technician arrived right on time, was kind and helpful, and did an excellent job cleaning as I requested. I wish I could remember his name to thank him properly. Tall blond gentleman young.

Our technician was friendly, explained everything and was efficient with the work. Our rugs, carpet and tile bathrooms look new! I could not recommend him and the company more!

My carpets were cleaned by Castor yesterday and the service was perfect! He arrived promptly and got right to work. I had asked for extra attention on the hallway and the path to the patio door and I was pleased with the results.
