We hired Zerorez to clean our carpets in our rental home and I was extremely pleased with the work they did as well as our techs professionalism and timeliness. Not only did the tech arrive early, but he even waited patiently for me to arrive at the property for access when I was running late. He made sure to walk through the entire house with me to ensure all our needs were met and went over the plan and pricing several times with me to ensure I was getting the most efficient service and best price possible. We will be using them again!

Overall incredibly impressed with Joel. He took his time to hear us and clean the carpets of the apartment we just moved into. The rate was incredibly affordable, and Joel was so kind. The carpets look unrecognizable, no longer clumped and dirty, the wear on them looks very improved as well. Before pics as well as after.

I can't say enough good things about my experience. William called before arriving and actually showed up a little earlier than the scheduled window, which I really appreciated. Instead of waiting around all day, he was there and ready to work first thing in the morning. The carpets in our home were in rough shape. We moved in about a year ago, and I honestly don't think they had been professionally cleaned in a very long time. Between general wear and some pet stains from our senior dog, I wasn't sure how much improvement was even possible. The difference was absolutely night and day. I only wish I had taken before-and-after photos because the results were that impressive. William was professional, courteous, and easy to talk to. He never tried to upsell me on services I didn't need and took the time to answer my questions. The entire process was smooth from start to finish, and the results exceeded my expectations. I will absolutely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning.
