William was great! He arrived 30 minutes early and called to make sure that would work well for us. He was thorough with his explanation of the products/ service he was going to be providing. He was not pushy when we talked about needing to treat for cat urine and gave me multiple levels to choose from. He was kind and I felt comfortable welcoming him into our home. Our carpets immediately felt better, fresher and cleaner. I would highly recommend you give them a try!

Amazing service! Showed right up at 8am. Was very friendly, professional and carpet looks amazing !! He got this nasty putty my kids got on the carpet and was all removed..Even got free cleaning spray that I love using on my counters.. Very happy!!

We hired Zerorez to clean our carpets in our rental home and I was extremely pleased with the work they did as well as our techs professionalism and timeliness. Not only did the tech arrive early, but he even waited patiently for me to arrive at the property for access when I was running late. He made sure to walk through the entire house with me to ensure all our needs were met and went over the plan and pricing several times with me to ensure I was getting the most efficient service and best price possible. Overall incredibly impressed with Joel. He took his time to hear us and clean the carpets of the apartment we just moved into. The rate was incredibly affordable, and Joel was so kind.
