This is my second time using this company for carpet cleaning. They make the entire process so easy! Both times I completed the "I am interested" on their website I received a call within 5 mins getting my appointment set up. I took advantage of their Black Friday deal and it worked perfectly for my 3 bedrooms. The carpets look and smell amazing! The staff is professional and quick! I will definitely bring using them again.

Excellent service from Zerorez! This was my first time using this company. My technician was Major and he was incredibly friendly, helpful and showed attention to detail. Our carpets look brand new after his work. Couldn't be happier with the result. The woman taking appointments on the phone was also very friendly and accommodating. Thank you very much! Steven and Alyssa was great! They were friendly, efficient, and professional Steven was very knowledgeable. He educated me on the different services and cleaning carpet efficiently. I was able to make a well thought out decision about the service I wanted to use. They were quick as well. I will definitely be using Zerorez in the future.

We have an oversized cream colored sofa. New 6 yrs ago and lightly used during that time. 1st time cleaning, and all is well. JESS came a bit early, thank you, cordial, courteous and friendly. Respectful and explained process and the product difference between competitors. He spent a thorough amount of time here and engaged me in his completed work! Very pleased with the outcome!

Mike and his partner were amazingly helpful! I needed my carpet to be cleaned after somebody moved out, but upon my arrival, there was still a bunch of stuff everywhere from the previous tenant. They were so kind as to help me move it all downstairs so they could clean the upstairs. I made sure to give them a big tip for their extra help because that definitely was not a part of their job description

We had our floor tile and garage floor cleaned. Will and Jesse did an amazing job. Very professional and cordial. We loved their workmanship and will definitely refer them to others, and we will use this company again in the future. As my wife said, "I don't like it, I love it".

This is an awesome company!! They are top rate! Will, our service technician, was superb! He was here on time, was very courteous and professional and he was efficient! He cleaned the carpet thoroughly and effectively! We are extremely pleased and will certainly call them again!

Victor & Alyssa were friendly, professional and did a great job! They worked really well as a team and got the job in good time but we're also very through. Zerorez is the only company that has ever cleaned and protected my carpets and will continue to be my go to company! I made an appointment this morning to have my air ducts cleaned after Victor told me about their new self-contained truck which eliminates the issue I had with the GFCI at my breaker box! Love that they solved that problem!

Steven from ZeroreZ was great. He arrived as promised when I made the appointment and called 15 minutes prior to coming. He was friendly and professional. He did a great job and ensured that my walls and furniture were clean and protected. He was knowledgeable about the process and easily explained what he would be doing and the aftercare needed once he was finished. The price was comparable to other cleaners I researched, so I felt I got the fair market price for the service. My carpets look great and I am very satisfied with the service provided. I will definitely use ZeroreZ again when I need my carpets cleaned.

I was very impressed by the detailed information that was given to me by Will the technician who did my carpets. He help me to choose the cleaning i needed with the fact the I have 5 cats running around in my rooms. I am so glad that I chose his recommendation because my carpets are fresh and clean and the smells are gone and so are the stains. They looks as if I had just purchased them. The employees of Zerorez were professional and had great customer service skills both on the phone and in person. I had to cancel my original appointment due to being sick and then reschedule it. Both times I was treated very well and there was no pressure. The technician, Cory that came to my home was so nice and pointed out several places where one of our dogs had marked his territory. Cory did a wonderful job on our old carpets which included the stairs. I will definitely use Zerorez again in the future and ask for Cory.
