He took the time to inspect the carpet fibers, explain exactly what needed to be done, and answered all of our questions. Bought a duplex with heavily soiled carpets...Daniel came out and did a remarkable job. I really did not think the carpet could be cleaned but with such a great price we scheduled a cleaning. He was timely and thorough. Amazed at the results....minimal soil left. He had also explained the process and what to expect with such heavily soiled carpets and I am truly amazed at the results. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY.

My first time using zerorez. The tech (Sidney) called to give me the estimated time he would be there and was on time. We walked through the house to make sure everything was cleaned that I wanted. He got to work and finished up in a timely manner. The carpet looks great. I would recommend zerorez and use them again.

Brian and the team were amazing to work with. Brian cleaned a large room and stairs. He did awesome and he was fun to talk to throughout the process. He also noticed we had our own little carpet cleaner machine, he educated us and shared best practices on how to best use in the future. Would highly recommend and we will use them again.

Daniel, our service technician, called ahead to let us know when he would arrive, then he arrived just when he said he would. He was friendly, thorough, and quick. We are amazed at how clean the carpets look. We truly couldn’t be more pleased with the service and the results. I’d give more stars, if I could. Highly recommend!!

After reviewing another service who overpriced the job. We called Zerorez. The price quoted on the phone was the price we paid. The person on the phone was very polite and helpful. The service tech was well dressed , very polite, assessed the job with honest expectations, and the carpets cleaned better than expected. I will definitely recommend them. Remember there are some prep work before they come… move furniture and vacuuming. They were also on time.

Serviceman (Brian) was on time and did a very good job! Very courteous and helpful. Did the job quickly but thoroughly. Expressed concern about my cats being able to come in and out and I reassured him that they were fine to go outdoors while he left the door open during cleaning. Very happy w/the service.

Brian came in and did an awesome job on our carpet! He also let us know what to do to keep the carpet looking healthier, longer. He was a very hard worker and was very professional and was a “people person” great Job! I highly recommend!
