Zerorez cleaned our office carpets. It's an old low pile commercial grade carpet that is at least 20 years old. I didn't have much hope they would look better; I just wanted them clean. Zerorez recommended a restoration instead of a regular steam clean. I was skeptical but tried it. The carpets look better than they have in 10 years. The deodorizer was a pleasant smell while they dried. The cost was a bit more for the restoration but it was absolutely worth it. I'm going to use them for my carpets at home.

Wow! Love, love, this company! Not only did we have our carpets done, also the air duct cleaning. Miguel was here first to do the air ducts. Very nice and professional! Great guy! He also took the time to explain everything he was doing and why he did it that way. I asked to see the dirt and dust that was taken out, WOW! Amazing! And I thought I was a good housekeeper!? Our home just felt cleaner immediately! Jason was next to do the carpet, super nice guy! I even challenged him to a couple of stains! He won! So very happy with this company! We will DEFINITELY BE USING THEIR SERVICE AGAIN! I recommend them to everyone!

The techs showed up earlier than expected, were exceptionally thorough and got up residue that another cleaning company in town missed. They were extremely competitive as far as price, and were very informative! They walked through the costs and made sure there were no surprises. Very happy with how the carpets turned out! Definitely a repeat customer!!

Jason and his coworker were on time, respectful, polite, and very efficient when they completed the job. I showed them the areas that I wanted cleaned due to our large dog having an accident. They told me upfront how much the charge would be and gave helpful tips on getting the best results. We will definitely use them again.

I had a very good experience with this company. Easy to set up the appointment and liked the reminder emails that were sent out. Also made contact information available so that if changes needed to be made, they were easy to reach. Due to cold weather the movers were delayed a day and it was no problem to adjust the cleaning time as well. Highly recommend!

Clean! Beautiful! Smells great, nothing over powering! Very satisfied in their work. I received a text message when they were on their way. I would like to mention, there was spots of water left on the hard surface areas of my home that could have been wiped up on exit as I was not home during the service, to prevent any damage to the flooring. But I’m not concerned any damage was done! Just a suggestion for the team to keep in mind. Thank you! I’ll be using you again!
