My technician, Adam, arrived early and was absolutely professional, polite, and extremely knowledgeable and explained the process which is quite amazing! I had no hope that my carpet could be cleaned but after Adam was finished it looked like a brand new carpet! A very green process and takes much less time to dry. I am beyond amazed and will recommend this company to everyone I know. Thank you Zerores!!!

I’m extremely happy with the results. Amber helped me with scheduling and was kind in explaining everything (both times I called). Derek was easy to work with and he did a great job cleaning the couch and carpets. I wish I had done it sooner!

Absolutely amazing from Amber in the initial call to them to Derek coming out to give us an estimate (VERY reasonable) to Adam coming out to do the actual tile/grout cleaning today…it has been a very pleasant experience! And our tile floors never looked so good!!! We will have them back out soon to do the carpet! Thanks to all at Zeroez!!!

The technician did a great job. We had him clean out our dryer vent and shampoo living room and hall carpets. The dryer vent was tricky, it was a very tight area to get into but he did a fantastic job.

Derek was absolutely wonderful. I want him every time! He did such a thorough job. I have a place on my large rug which I did not think would come clean and now it looks get. My tile also looks great. Thank you s much.

Zerorez (Derek) did a great job. He was on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done, confirmed the price and went to work. Derek was courteous as he explained what he was doing. The carpet looks awesome! It was also easy to make a appointment with the friendly office staff. A confirmation email was sent to me with all of the details, as well as the instructions to prepare for the cleaning.

Rob was efficient and worked very hard and moved some of the furniture for us. Very polite and did great job on cleaning the carpet!
