Zerorez (Derek) did a great job. He was on time, quickly assessed what needed to be done, confirmed the price and went to work. Derek was courteous as he explained what he was doing. The carpet looks awesome! It was also easy to make a appointment with the friendly office staff. A confirmation email was sent to me with all of the details, as well as the instructions to prepare for the cleaning.

Rob was efficient and worked very hard and moved some of the furniture for us. Very polite and did great job on cleaning the carpet!

The technician was able to come out and clean our carpets that had dog stains from our VRBO renters. Derek did a great job getting all of the stains out and the carpet looks amazing!

We had Derek and Adam from Zero res come out to clean up some carpets before we moved out of our rental. They were polite, efficient, and very knowledgeable about their product and how to clean the carpets the best way. Our dog had left a few presents over time so they figured out where the trouble spots were to optimize cleaning. Carpets look like new and we are so happy with our experience. Felt even better to have a coupon from our local mailer!!!
