Testimonials

Andy was friendly and knowledgeable. He took extra time with corners and seam lines on the furniture. The carpet had one area that was heavily soiled and it came out beautiful. The furniture is 18 years old and the carpet 6 years old. First time cleaning for both. Andy represented your company well. I would use your service again. Thank you Andy.

I hired your service to clean carpet in my brother's apartment. Casey showed up and wow what a nice guy. I was so impressed with his timeline and his overall job. I would hire you guys again based on Casey and how he cared to do such a good job with my brother's home. His attention to detail and overall respect of his home was great. We have already recommended Casey and the company to family and friends. Thanks again, Casey with I could give you 10 stars.

Blake did a great job! He gave me a heads up when he was going to arrive, explained the process to me and was even able to get out a few spots I was concerned about. There's zero chemical smell and my carpet looks refreshed!

We keep going back to Zero Rez, year after year to for our carpet cleaning. They take great care of our floors including wool rugs and they have also helped to clean up spills on our furniture.

I had a great experience with this company! Casey was friendly, professional, and incredibly thorough. He took his time to make sure everything was done right, and it really showed in the results. My carpets look fantastic and are cleaner than they’ve been in a long time. It’s refreshing to find someone who truly takes pride in their work. I will definitely be using them again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for quality carpet cleaning!

Casey was amazing! He was very thorough and moved some odds and ends off the floor to make sure he got in every nook and cranny. My carpets look 1000x better and smell great too! Thank you Casey and ZeroRez. We will definitely be using you again!

I’d like to share my experience with Zerorez Carpet Cleaning today. My technician was Blake. He gave me a call when he was on his way, letting me know what time he would arrive. He was very friendly, professional and really attentive to our specific instructions. He gave me a call when he was done and took my payment over the phone. We came home to a beautifully cleaned carpet- and everything was done to our complete satisfaction. I would certainly use Zerorez again any time carpet cleaning is needed and ask for Blake!

I'm so happy with the results! My carpet is 16+ years old, it wasn't horrible, but had 16 years of wear. Zerorez brightened and fluffed it up to almost like new, plus it dried really fast and price was reasonable, no surprises. Highly recommend them!

Thank you Ryan R. for doing such a thorough job cleaning our whole house, 3 levels, of carpeting. Our 30-year-old carpeting looks like new! I appreciate your care in using guards to protect our furniture & wall corners, wearing shoe coverings, and explaining the processes. I will definitely use Zerorez again and recommend to others needing such services.

Arrived early, explained the procedure, thoroughly. I had my 2 bathrooms tile cleaned and also sealed the grout. Had 3 area rugs cleaned. Totally happy!!!
