An area where we had a significant cacao drink spill on our carpet looked clean when he left but it reappeared the next day. They guarantee their work, so he came back out the next day and cleaned it again and it looks great now.

He took the time to explain the cleaning process, answered all of our questions, and made sure every spot and stain was handled with care. Our carpets look brand new again (and smell amazing!), and I love knowing there are no harsh chemicals or residues left behind—especially important with kids and pets in the house.
