My hot water heater leaked and flooded a small area of our basement — Greg arrived right on time, was incredibly courteous, and cleaned the entire basement carpet thoroughly. The results speak for themselves — carpets look great and the price was very affordable for the amount of work involved. We had a great experience with our carpet and tile cleaning. Casey did an awesome job and had a very personable manner. An area where we had a significant cacao drink spill on our carpet looked clean when he left but it reappeared the next day. They guarantee their work, so he came back out the next day and cleaned it again and it looks great now.
