Great Service, Everything explained and the steps the Gentleman was taking in his Process of cleaning the Carpets. Steps taken to see about getting some stains out from pets and Heavy traffic areas. The carpets look great and I am cery pleased with everything. Communication was a10. Carpets arw a 10. No mess to clean up A 10. and what to do afterwards another 10.

We had 3 sofas cleaned by technician Dade, who did an incredible and thorough job. Two of the sofas are almost 10 years old and get a lot of wear and tear with 3 dogs and 2 young boys. He worked incredibly hard to get them looking their best. Great customer service, friendly, and we are very pleased with the results. Would highly recommend for upholstery cleaning, and I'm sure they are equally good at cleaning other areas as well! Thank you!

Zerorez was phenomenal to work with! Their customer service was amazing! Joseph that cleaned our carpets spent an extra amount of time cleaning and making sure it looked good. We were very impressed with the end result! Will highly recommend this company to others!

Update- they reached out to me and came back out free of charge to clean it again. They really care about making the customer happy. I hired professionals bc I was hoping to get better results than what I could doing it myself. I was very disappointed in the results. You can still see where the bed was.
