Great Service, Everything explained and the steps the Gentleman was taking in his Process of cleaning the Carpets. Steps taken to see about getting some stains out from pets and Heavy traffic areas. Travis was a wonderful tech! He explained what all he was going to do, how the carpet should look, expectations of what they could and could not do. We were wanting it cleaned to see if the carpet needed replacing, it came out PERFECT I HIGHLY RECOMMEND them!! Saved us a lot of money not replacing it!!
