Serik did an amazing job! If I could rate his performance from 1 to 10, I’d give him an 11. He is honest and very patient, especially with deaf customers like me and my husband. He truly went above and beyond to remove makeup stains from our carpet—and he succeeded. I would absolutely have him come back for future carpet cleaning. Highly recommend!

As always, Zerorez went above and beyond to make sure my carpets looked perfect! The staff was amazing! They explained everything and even took extra care to fix a stubborn stain that I thought would never go away. They got it to disappear within minutes! Thank you, Zerorez, for your superior service and attention to detail! I will continue recommending you to everyone! You have a loyal customer for life!

Pictures don’t do it justice!! My carpet looks brand new again! They revived my high traffic stairs and everything smells clean and fresh! I will definitely be a repeat customer. Thank you Pete B. and Lino R.

ZeroRez did an absolutely amazing job! Juan was the technician we worked with, and he was fantastic—friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. He called ahead of time, arrived right on schedule, and was very transparent about what needed to be done. He walked us through the pricing and made everything super clear. The results speak for themselves—our carpet and rugs look incredible! Everything was done quickly and with such attention to detail. I am beyond happy and so impressed with the entire experience. We will definitely be scheduling again. Thank you so much, Juan!!

The technician did a great job! He explained everything upfront and offered the additional services but did not push after I declined. Carpets look and smell great! Definitely will use again!
