Zerorez came out within 48 Hours of my call, they handled three rooms, a landing and stairs well beyond my expectations. Jared, the technician, was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained everything to me beforehand to make sure I know exactly what was going to be done. The price was reasonable considering the work I wanted done. And the place smells amazing! Our technician, Pete, was amazing, thorough, polite and was informative of the product going on our carpets and advised when we can vacuum, and put things back down. I thought it was easy to request the appointment, and the call center person who confirmed it all was knowledgeable and kind. We'd recommend him, and Zerorez, again!

Easy to schedule on line. The representative was on time, very polite, told me what he was doing, checked fabric content of chair and rug,. When done explained how long to let it dry, when to vacuum. Asked if I had any questions or concerns. Overall excellent experience. 😊
