This is the first time that I have used this company. I have heard the radio commercials for years!!! After moving into my Mom’s old house we decided to get the carpets and tile cleaned. The whole process was very easy and professional. From the call center that took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician Bret that came out and cleaned my carpets and tile. I was updated and reminded about my upcoming appointment through emails and text messages. Bret the technician was 5 stars all the way. He gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away. Bret also recommended that I get my tiles “Sealed” to ensure that my tiles stayed cleaned longer. The wife is happy, which makes me VERY HAPPY…PapaSurf said that

My carpets are wonderful! My stairs and upstairs carpets transformed in to a land of cleanliness and peace of mind. My carpets no longer have stains and where there was cat spray (behind my son's room door) looks to be completely gone. My stairs carpet smells amazing and the stairs themselves looks better than when we moved in. Brett really took care of us and his boss is really nice and accommodating as well. They are also really affordable (we have paid waay more for carpets and rugs in the past) and they took 2 rugs to be cleaned throughly with them (and are returning them) for less price than we have paid a cleaning service for 1 rug. Plus, the price would have been even cheaper if we didn't need bio-cleaner for the cat/dog/ child messes/stains. So, if your a person with no pets, the pricing definitely decreases. They did a phenomenal job and I will recommend them to family. These really old/stained carpets were truly brought back to life.... 😊 (Wish I had a before picture for you, but here's the after... sorry about the poor lighting)

Awesome dryer vent service. Cleaned up the area, and made sure everything was connected properly on my dryer. Brett was patient and professional. He also helped me understand the importance of making sure I keep my dryer vent maintained. I will be calling this company again. I’m very pleased.

Great communication, kind, friendly, very detailed, informative about chemicals used as well as after care & great overall experience. Lucas was able to remove a stain that the apartment management claimed wouldn’t come out from previous tenant. Very thankful for the quick but amazing service! Great deal & even removed a charge for portable machine since he was able to make it work without & asked questions to tailor the service for our needs since we’re dealing with allergies. Wow! I am blown away and the professionalism and experience of Justin. We initially book carpet and were so impressed we added on tile cleaning and grout seal. So easy to schedule and on time professional service. Will definitely recommend and use again!
