This is the first time that I have used this company. I have heard the radio commercials for years!!! After moving into my Mom’s old house we decided to get the carpets and tile cleaned. The whole process was very easy and professional. From the call center that took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician Bret that came out and cleaned my carpets and tile. I was updated and reminded about my upcoming appointment through emails and text messages. Bret the technician was 5 stars all the way. He gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away. Bret also recommended that I get my tiles “Sealed” to ensure that my tiles stayed cleaned longer. The wife is happy, which makes me VERY HAPPY…PapaSurf said that

Shane cleaned our items today and did a fantastic job. Very thorough, kept a good attitude the whole time and went above and beyond to offer to help reinstall a rug that was cleaned back in a bedroom, protected the new grass from vehicle exhaust burning it by putting a rug over it and brought in a package at the front door. So grateful!! Highly recommend and Shane was an excellent representation of your company!

Zerorez was great! Easy to schedule and the tech Lucas was great and very professional. I have like older carpet with dog spots and he made it look almost brand new.

Elijah was on time and did a fantastic job with our 3 bedrooms. Very personable and professional. Did a great job with the vents and the carpets look like new. Highly recommend this company and Elijah.
