This is the first time that I have used this company. I have heard the radio commercials for years!!! After moving into my Mom’s old house we decided to get the carpets and tile cleaned. The whole process was very easy and professional. From the call center that took my call and scheduled my appointment to the technician Bret that came out and cleaned my carpets and tile. I was updated and reminded about my upcoming appointment through emails and text messages. Bret the technician was 5 stars all the way. He gave me a heads up when he was about 30 minutes away. Bret also recommended that I get my tiles “Sealed” to ensure that my tiles stayed cleaned longer. The wife is happy, which makes me VERY HAPPY…PapaSurf said that

We had a fantastic experience having Zerorez - Orlando clean our carpets. Lucas was excellent. He arrived on time and was so thorough and professional, taking the time to explain in detail what needed to be done for specific stains. We had the carpet cleaned in seven rooms of our house, plus the stairwell, a love seat, two upholstered chairs and matching ottomans. I’m honestly blown away with how good everything looks! We will be using Zerorez - Orlando for all of our cleaning needs in the future. I highly recommend them if you need any carpet or furniture cleaning in your home or office.
