John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

This is the 3rd time I’ve used Zerorez, they do an excellent job. My tech Anthony had great communication with me to make everything work with my schedule. He did a great job between all my tile and carpet the place looks and smells fresh and clean. Highly recommend

Great service! Quick and easy, plus the techs Josh & Sage were very friendly and explained each step of the process. We moved into an old house that had been vacant for several months and the ducts are night and day different!

The tech was fantastic ! He explained everything and did a good job ! The carpet was filthy ! We bought the house and couldn’t get the carpet clean ! He should get a raise ! This was our first time using Zerorez happy with the way the carpets were cleaned !
