I had an absolutely wonderful, pleasant experience with the technician that came to clean my carpets today. His name is Dain C. He was very polite and professional, and went above any expectation that I had. He had a keen eye to do all the little stuff that most people would miss. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

I got my bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room tile cleaned by Jourdan S. He did an amazing job and had my floors looking brand new! 10/10 recommend.

What a great job!! I had five rooms, hallway, steps, couch and recliner cleaned. The carpet on the steps and in two bedrooms is very old. I was amazed at how great they look!! Dan was very friendly and explained what he was going to do. I highly recommend them. It was easy to schedule my appointment online. Thanks for making my carpets look like new!!

Jourdan was incredible! He was conscientious, efficient, thorough, professional & very personable!! He had quite a bit of carpet cleaning to do in small spaces with shuffling of massage tables but he made it look effortless. Today is my first day back to work (5 days later) - it was immediately noticeable how the entire business smelled so fresh & our carpets look brand new! DW

Kody and Melvin did a wonderful job cleaning the carpets of my mom's apartment. From start to finish, their service was professional, efficient, and incredibly thorough. The team arrived before they were supposed to (awesome) and worked diligently to restore the carpets to like-new condition. Stains I thought were permanent disappeared. They take pride in their work, and it shows. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for top-notch carpet cleaning—great work all around!

John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

We absolutely love Zerorez. They have been coming to clean our carpets for years. Today we took the plunge and had our air ducts cleaned. The gentleman were polite, professional and personable. They both explained the process step by step. They offered extra services, which will save us money in the long run. We will absolutely be using them again!! First up on the schedule of the day was air ducts, next is carpet cleaning in the afternoon. TEAM ZEROREZ!!!
