Brandon & Chris did a fantastic job bringing our bedroom carpets back to life! They were professional, informative, and speedy. Our carpets looked good as new in no time. We are impressed by their service and will definitely be using Zerorez again for future cleanings!

I highly recommend the services of Zerorez. Yesterday Austin delivered our freshly cleaned area rugs (4) and was meticulous in helping me to ensure both padding and placement measurements. Austin even suggested and assisted in a minor ‘repair’ that was not part of the ‘job’ but was important to the overall decor of the room. He was unhurried, focused on getting-things-right, and personable. Thank you Austin and thank you Zerorez for living up to your reputation!

John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

I had an absolutely wonderful, pleasant experience with the technician that came to clean my carpets today. His name is Dain C. He was very polite and professional, and went above any expectation that I had. He had a keen eye to do all the little stuff that most people would miss. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

I’ve had other companies clean our carpet but Zerorez has been the best! Cleanest, freshest and fastest drying time. Today Ehzaire was my technician and was the sweetest and most efficient! He worked extra on certain areas and got my carpet looking and smelling the best it has!

The service for our air duct cleaning was very professional thorough and complete. Isaiah and Javon the technicians were very professional and informative. Everything was done to our satisfaction and was very clean. No mess after they left. They explained everything that they were doing and at the completion of the job they showed before and after pictures what a difference. Will recommend using them again.

Zack did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and even getting the well worn places and matted carpet back and lovely again. I am pleased with his work, his demeanor and work ethic. He was easy to talk to and quick to answer any questions, explain the before and after process. Today, getting such excellent service is rare and for me much appreciated. I got my bathrooms, kitchen, and dining room tile cleaned by Jourdan S. He did an amazing job and had my floors looking brand new! 10/10 recommend.
