Zack did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet and even getting the well worn places and matted carpet back and lovely again. I am pleased with his work, his demeanor and work ethic. He was easy to talk to and quick to answer any questions, explain the before and after process. Today, getting such excellent service is rare and for me much appreciated. Thank you Zerorez for people like Zack with your service. I will be calling again.

I had an absolutely wonderful, pleasant experience with the technician that came to clean my carpets today. His name is Dain C. He was very polite and professional, and went above any expectation that I had. He had a keen eye to do all the little stuff that most people would miss. I would recommend this company to all my friends.

The service for our air duct cleaning was very professional thorough and complete. Isaiah and Javon the technicians were very professional and informative. Everything was done to our satisfaction and was very clean. No mess after they left. They explained everything that they were doing and at the completion of the job they showed before and after pictures what a difference. Will recommend using them again.

Austin was extremely professional, personable and knowledgeable about any carpet issues. Our carpets are 30 years old and look and smell great! I had a landing, stairs, hallways and 5 rooms done. I have had other carpet services in the past and Zerorez is way above the others in carpet cleaning and customer service😊I will be using them from now on.

Zerorez did a fantastic job today cleaning our carpet. He was able to get stains out that I had tried to get out with no luck. He was courteous and quick! Would highly recommend.

John Jackson was very professional and kind. I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up. Before and after pics in this review 👍

This was the second time I had Zerorez to my home in 1 week. After Zach did and amazing job on my carpets, my puppy had and accident with his nail and left blood everywhere. I immediately called Zerorez and they sent Zach out the same day! Once again, he was amazing. His carefully worked on the stains and to both out surprises, they came out and once again my carpets are spotless! I seriously can't say enough about this company and Zach! Hands down, the absolute BEST!!!
