I was impressed at how one person showed up and had everything lined up finished within a two-hour time frame... and my carpet is seriously clean!
I would suggest however, that while much of it is dry within a 6-8 hour time frame, it may not be fully dry for a longer period after that.
I will gladly have Zerorez back for future needs!

John Jackson was very professional and kind.
I had a living-room bedroom and hallway done. I received a text the day before my appointment with the time between 8:00 and 11:00 am. The technician called 45 minutes prior to arrival and was extremely polite on the phone. He arrived promptly and looked over all the areas to be cleaned. He set up the equipment in a timely fashion and explained each process throughout the cleaning. He answered all of my questions and was so polite and happy the entire time. I also had the carpet protection as well. The clean up was also efficient with nothing to clean up.

Have had them out several times. They do an excellent job, don't charge an arm and a leg, have many convenient times and they notify on their way,and always very courteous kind and respectful.
I had a coffee stain that was very hard to trea; they came out a second time with no charge.

Dan did a great job! Very pleased with how the carpets turned out. They are probably over 35 years old. This cleaning has made them look much better. I was surprised by how much came out. Certainly breathed new life into them for a little longer.

Great service! I had my carpets cleaned and a few days later was expecting a new couch. A tech came back out to redo the part of my carpet that covered by the couch free of charge. I always appreciate the techs being on-time if not earlier than expected by calling ahead. Will continue to be a returning customer.
