We had the carpets cleaned on two stairways and in four rooms, and received outstanding service from William. He was prompt, efficient, and professional, as well as super friendly and highly knowledgeable. He was transparent about the pricing and put my mind at ease by confirming the products used were non-toxic. I've been using Zerorez for over 20 years. All of my experiences have been good with the exception of one. In that one instance the tech damaged several pieces of furniture with the equipment and to top it off I had to call for a retreat. Overall, I would give this company a 95% satisfaction rating.
