As always, Zerorez removed stains that I didn't think would come out. The tech did not try to up-sell me anything. Probably the best tech they have ever scheduled. He did a great job and was friendly and polite. I have them come every year.

Used them for duct cleaning. They were friendly, easy to schedule and showed up on time. The price seemed reasonable with a discount and they cleaned my dryer vent for a few dollars more. Honestly though, I really have no clue if they actually did anything. I trust that they did. It would be nice to show the customer how much or what was actually vacuumed out of my system.

I have 25 year old carpets I thought there on their last leg, off-white berber carpet at that, yikes! After 2 years of professional cleaning neglect, but weekly vacuuming, Zerorez has once again amazed me getting my old carpets back in remarkable shape. The prestain treatment is a must, especially on an old carpet. I forgot to take the before and after shots, but believe me they look amazing!! Reasonable price, about $400 for a very large room 15x20, a 10x15 room and 15 stairs with a large landing and deep pretreatment of all. Job only took about 1 and a half hours!!
