I received a phone call from Mr. Joshua two hours before my scheduled service in order to inform me that he could come earlier than scheduled. When Joshua entered my home he introduced himself and then I showed him the carpets along with some areas (stains) of concern. Joshua was very respectful and attentive to my concerns. He assured me that he would do his best to take care of the carpets. Well, I must say that I am impressed with his work and the carpets look great! I'm glad that Joshua took his time to get the best results! As a military vet, I'll recommend Joshua to any home because the professionalism that he embodies is trustworthy! I've been using Zerorez for over 20 years. All of my experiences have been good with the exception of one. In that one instance the tech damaged several pieces of furniture with the equipment and to top it off I had to call for a retreat. Overall, I would give this company a 95% satisfaction rating.

Our Services, 7 chairs, sofa, and area rug were performed on time and with impeccable professionalism. Gerald was knowledgeable, attentive to task, and kind. He answered all our questions. We highly recommend him and the company he works for, as each aspect of our experience was great. We will call on these services again when needed.

Used them for duct cleaning. They were friendly, easy to schedule and showed up on time. The price seemed reasonable with a discount and they cleaned my dryer vent for a few dollars more. Honestly though, I really have no clue if they actually did anything. I trust that they did. It would be nice to show the customer how much or what was actually vacuumed out of my system.
