I am a first time customer of Zerorez. Our carpet/tile technician, Ricky, did a great job on our carpet and kitchen tile floor. I was extremely impressed with how our kitchen tiles now look almost brand new. He was friendly and very efficient. He does great work. Our floors look great!

I am very happy. The technician texted a bit before arriving so I could be ready. He did a great job even removing l particular spotted area. He was courteous had shoe coverings and cleaned up his stuff nicely. My carpet looks great. I would highly recommend their services.

ZeroRez did a great job cleaning my tile floors, 3 shower walls and floor, and a large sectional sofa. Everything looks fresh, and my house feels very clean. Their equipment is top notch and the hoses reached all through my house even when they parked several yards from my front door. The technician, Kyle, was friendly, efficient, and just an all-around nice guy. I’d definitely use ZeroRez again and would not hesitate to recommend them.

Trey was prompt and professional . He delivered as promised. We are pet owners and he revived our sectional. He cleaned and protected our sofa. We were able to enjoy it within a few hours to my dismay. They called us the same afternoon to see if we had any questions or concerns. Who does that??? We are over the moon happy. Josh was very courteous and professional and a model example of excellent customer service. He did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets and kitchen tile floor. He took his time to do the job right and didn’t cut any corners, unlike some rush jobs by well known competitors. Our floors were very clean, and we are VERY pleased with Josh’s work. I called yesterday and was able to get the next day appointment I requested. As first time customers, we are truly impressed.
