Trey was prompt and professional . He delivered as promised. We are pet owners and he revived our sectional. He cleaned and protected our sofa. We were able to enjoy it within a few hours to my dismay. They called us the same afternoon to see if we had any questions or concerns. Who does that??? We are over the moon happy. Josh was very courteous and professional and a model example of excellent customer service. He did an OUTSTANDING job on our carpets and kitchen tile floor. ZeroRez did a great job cleaning my tile floors, 3 shower walls and floor, and a large sectional sofa. Everything looks fresh, and my house feels very clean.
