We had ZeroRez out today to clean our basement carpet and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Matt Philips was informative, professional, and easy to work with he clearly knows his stuff and took the time to explain the process without rushing. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and care for our home. The wall guards and door hanger setup while the door was open was a nice touch and showed real professionalism. The equipment was clean and organized, and the results speak for themselves the basement carpet looks refreshed and brought back to life. Great service, great results, and a tech who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend ZeroRez and Matt if you’re on the fence this was money well spent.

Matt called to say he was running EARLY, and called to ask if I might be ready for him. I was. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and did an excellent service. This is at least my 15th service with them and they never have failed me yet! Highly recommend Matt!

Kevin, the technician came and analyzed my four Persian carpets. We decided to send them to Kirishian cleaners as they are Persian carpets.he carried them from our second floor to his vehicle. He was very knowledgeable. He arrived on time and was sure that I understood everything he said.

Our technician was Matt, he was awesome! Super friendly and informative, and did a great job! I have four wild boys and a large dog and none of them are clean or careful, so our carpet was pretty stained. Matt was able to get it looking almost new again!! The price was also unbeatable, I will definitely be going with Zerorez again, I highly recommend!!

James Bowens was absolutely stellar. He spoke clearly and concisely to my mother in law who is in her upper 80's. She was able to understand the process of cleaning her horribly dirty carpet. He did as good a job as was able.

We had some staining in our rental that we wanted to address. They arrived on time- the Service tech was courteous, and friendly. He ensured my expectations were set appropriately. He was thorough, and did a fantastic job.
