Testimonials

Oh my gosh, this is the third time I have had Zerorez come out and I have been blown away by the level of service each and every time. I was already expecting excellent cleaning services today, but they surpassed my expectations. This time I also had them clean the carpets in my work truck. I’m not sure if they look this good when the truck was new! It didn’t cost very much and I’m so glad that I added it on. Next time I’m going to get a couple of more cars done as well. The carpet in my home is really old but it looks so good now. 1 million thank yous!

Tyler J and Declan came to our home and did a wonderful job. Before starting, Tyler took the time to explain all of our options and what would work best for our space, and made sure I had all my questions answered. They were great to have in our home and I could tell they took their time doing a good job even though we were the last job of their day. After they left I could already tell the treatment helped so much with pet stains and odors, as well as making our home healthier for my husband's asthma. We will be recommending zero rez to our friends and family.

Logan did a great job. We had 2 services going at once and he made all the adjustments necessary to make it work. Complete explanation of services and cost. It looks great!

The set appointment was set up very easily, and the communications and guidelines were helpful to know what to expect and to be prepared for the visit. They missed our arrival window by a bit, but they certainly made it up with courteous and professional service that Jacob provided every step of the way. Highly recommend!

We had ZeroRez out today to clean our basement carpet and the experience was top-notch from start to finish. Matt Philips was informative, professional, and easy to work with he clearly knows his stuff and took the time to explain the process without rushing. I was especially impressed with the attention to detail and care for our home. The wall guards and door hanger setup while the door was open was a nice touch and showed real professionalism. The equipment was clean and organized, and the results speak for themselves the basement carpet looks refreshed and brought back to life. Great service, great results, and a tech who genuinely cares about doing the job right. Highly recommend ZeroRez and Matt if you’re on the fence this was money well spent.

Matt called to say he was running EARLY, and called to ask if I might be ready for him. I was. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and did an excellent service. This is at least my 15th service with them and they never have failed me yet! Highly recommend Matt!

Zane was amazing. Our carpet looks and smells fantastic. Zane actually took the time to explain the different options that were available due to some pet stains and provided some unbiased cleaning solutions. Very knowledgeable and super polite. We will always request him for our future cleaning needs at Zerorez!

James Bowens was absolutely stellar. He spoke clearly and concisely to my mother in law who is in her upper 80's. She was able to understand the process of cleaning her horribly dirty carpet. He did as good a job as was able.

Highly recommend zerorez! We have used them for years and always been pleased with the results over any other company we’ve worked with. Also HIGHLY recommend Tyler. He sets the bar very high for excellent customer service. Our world would be a very different place if every company in every trade had workers like him. My kids have made multiple comments about how wonderful, hard working, and respectful he is! Super impressed!!!

We have had ZeroRez clean our carpets several times, with the latest being today. They do a wonderful job and got some bad stains out of our carpets! We are so happy with their work.
