We had Zerorez come out after another company left our carpets damp for days and didn't do a good job. What a difference! The owner was professional, knowledgeable, funny, and a pleasure to work with. Our carpets looked cleaner, smelled fresh, and dried within just a couple of hours. I also love that they use a green cleaning process with hot water and enzymes instead of harsh chemicals. I highly recommend Zerorez and will definitely use them again!

I’ll never call another carpet cleaner again. If you’re looking, look no further! Especially if you have pets. We have 3 cats and an elderly dog. Accidents happen and this is the first time I feel like my carpet actually got clean. The owner, Erik, is a professional with personality. An absolute sweetheart. He fully shared the process with me and answered all of my questions. (And I ask a lot of questions) I had the problem areas treated this time due to my initial skepticism, but Zerorez will be my first call when I’m ready to have the rest of the carpets cleaned.

Recommended to hire Zerorez and ask for Erik and you will not be disappointed. Asked for my couch and carpets be cleaned and out of 3. total carpet/upholstery cleaners Erik and Zerorez land on top. Erik not only cleaned he lined up the sofa cushions and covers to their original state. Details make the difference. Zerorez will be my go to for my rentals and home.
