I was extremely pleased with the service that I received from Zerorez. The booking of my appointment on their website was extremely easy. Then confirming and further communications via text messaging was also very smooth. I had no human contact or interchange, until my technician arrived. Typically this would have bothered me, but it worked and everything was done well. My technician called before his arrival to alert me that he was on his way. When I scheduled my appointment, it was for the window of 12 PM - 3 PM. Shawn L was arrived at the beginning of the appointment window and was done and gone by 1:30 PM. When he arrived, I walked him through the rooms I needed done and pointed out the problem areas. I needed their "pet treatment". I tried to do a dog rescue and it did not work out, so I had areas that needed some extra care. I was totally impressed when he was finished cleaning the problem areas. There was stains left and the odor had vanished. Even a couple days later, the odor was still absent. The living room which had no problem areas, looked as good as the day it was originally laid. It was nice to see that they had and used protective coverings for the corners in my home. Zerorez really cares about your home and do their best to protect it. Shawn L., was super professional and polite. His politeness reminded me of the boys on, Leave It To Beaver. It was a politeness that you just don't see anymore and it was pleasing to see. Zerorez showed up on time, the two workers were polite and an very informative, explaining what they found and how best to go about cleaning. They did a great job cleaning the wall to wall carpet, getting out soiling and minor stains we had; and were careful of the furniture and surroundings. The pricing was as stated, no upselling. We had 4 rooms done and stairs and all looks good. I daycare for 2 young children and like that they do not use cleaning chemicals that would be a concern.. Will use again and recommend.

Wow!!! I am so glad I had Zerorez out to clean my air ducts. I knew my ducts were dirty but I had no idea how dirty. I couldn’t believe my family was breathing that filthy air in our house for all these years. Our tech, Mark, was great. He communicated throughout the day to let us know when he would arrive. Once on site, he was nothing but professional. Zerorez was in and out in no time and we were left with the cleanest ducts in the neighborhood. I would most definitely recommend Zerorez.

Kudos to Dominic and Jaqueis on my cleaning today. Arrived exactly on time, no nonsense explanation of what they were doing and no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, got done in less than a half hour, polite guys and very easy experience. Carpet looks clean and fresh enough so far, but I didn't have any noticeable stains. So I can't speak to how well their treatment would actually work on that. I got 3 rooms for the $129 price on their Value Pack coupon - can't beat that these days.

I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.
