Kudos to Dominic and Jaqueis on my cleaning today. Arrived exactly on time, no nonsense explanation of what they were doing and no trying to sell me stuff I didn't need, got done in less than a half hour, polite guys and very easy experience. Carpet looks clean and fresh enough so far, but I didn't have any noticeable stains. So I can't speak to how well their treatment would actually work on that. I got 3 rooms for the $129 price on their Value Pack coupon - can't beat that these days.

We have used this company in the past & they did a pretty decent job but our technician today was Jaylon & he did a great job. He was very careful not to leave any mess behind. In addition he was knowledgeable, professional & thorough. Our carpets are clean & fresh with special attention to one difficult turmeric stain. We are pleased with the outcome.

Jachai was phenomenal cleaning our carpets today! He was so kind to my little one who wanted to watch the process. Our carpets look brand new and I love knowing our family and pets are never exposed to harsh chemicals.

I've used several other carpet cleaning companies in the past but by far Zerorez was the best. The technician was extremely thorough explained, everything, and worked extra hard on some badly stained areas. My entire house was cleaned and it was an excellent job.

Wow!!! I am so glad I had Zerorez out to clean my air ducts. I knew my ducts were dirty but I had no idea how dirty. I couldn’t believe my family was breathing that filthy air in our house for all these years. Our tech, Mark, was great. He communicated throughout the day to let us know when he would arrive. Once on site, he was nothing but professional. Zerorez was in and out in no time and we were left with the cleanest ducts in the neighborhood. I would most definitely recommend Zerorez.
