The service was impeccable and professional. They text before arriving and were very responsive to questions beforehand. The service was amazing. My carpet looks brand new again, as does the sectional sofa. I booked my appointment the day before, and they were here promptly at the time they were scheduled to arrive. Very professional and friendly. They were able to remove pet stains, food stains, and even some random dried in kid slime I thought would live in my carpet forever. The value is exceptional, and I absolutely recommend, and will use them again!

Booked online and selected my “arrival window”…received a text a few days before to confirm my appointment date and time window, then a text the day of telling me that my technician will be arriving in 20 minutes. Greg was very professional and very friendly. My bedroom carpet looks brand new and the entire place smells amazing…it’s like my dogs have never been on the carpets, lol. Highly recommended.

My carpet is 20 plus years old…I wasn’t looking for a miracle just some time till I had to replace them….WOW!! What a wonderful job. Carpets look amazing and smell great. My technician Gregory Hinds was professional, immaculate and explained everything and just an all around nice guy! I’m more than happy and HIGHLY recommend! He also let me know that I should look into having my HVAC vents cleaned because of dust on corners of carpets..(I vacuum at least once a day because I thought it was from my older home) …this isn’t even a service they offer so I know he is being genuine, also warned me about using a reputable company so they don’t charge hidden fees. Great service. Thank you!

Gregory was extremely pleasant and professional. He went over & beyond what was expected of him. We also had him clean our kitchen tile floor, which looks great! We would highly recommend this company.

I booked an appointment very easily online, the person who would be cleaning the carpets showed up on time, was polite, and completed the job very efficiently. Our carpets came out looking and smelling great. We will be using this company again and we highly recommend them!

Zerorez was fantastic! They came the day after calling and showed up exactly on time and calling prior to arrival to confirm. Gregory Hinds did 3 bedrooms in about an hour and they were perfect after. I would be using them again when needed and I I highly recommend them. Gregory was also extremely professional, polite and very courteous of making sure he did not damage anything while using the equipment. A+ all the way around!

Gregory was very punctual and professional! Took his time explaining everything in the estimate that he gave me and it was a good value. After he was finished… He further explained the process and showed me a sample of the water that was removed from my carpet… Disgusting! Will definitely use this company and Gregory again!
