Will is a devoted and very professional owner/operator. He worked very hard doing all the carpets in our home by himself. Will was transparent about the service he would provide and made sure all was agreeable before he started cleaning the carpets. He was courteous and respectful during the time he was in our home. The carpets look fantastic and we are extremely satisfied with experience with Zerorez from the initial scheduling, service provided, and overall quality of the work performed. What an absolutely GREAT experience! The communication was great. The carpets when finished, looked amazing and the best they have ever looked! Our tech Nathan was truly outstanding; he listened attentively to both my wife and I, was meticulous and detailed in his cleaning process, asked questions to make sure we were satisfied with his work, and patiently went back over a few spots that we asked him to do. It is rare these days to find anyone in the customer service sector so willing to make the customer happy. Nathan hit it out of the park! We are grateful to Nathan and to ZeroRez for a great experience!

Great service by my technician, Alex. He kept me posted on arrival times within the time frame that I signed up for. He worked hard even though he had already done several homes before mine. (8?) I recommend their services. The three room special was just what I needed.

Riley did a beautiful job of getting a 15 year old carpet clean. This carpet had withstood many of years of kids with juice and chocolate milk and a cat as close to basic wear and tear as possible. Polite respectful and efficient. 10 out of 10!

Josh was incredibly thoughtful, professional, and compassionate. Listened to my needs with an honest heart, and honest hard work. He did a fantastic job, and would absolutely recommend using this company again. Josh deserves all the praise for a job well done, and most importantly, being human. Not only was he helpful but knowledgeable also, and made sure to be transparent with any follow up instructions. With all services on a loveseat and couch came to $368. 10/10 worth it.
